Here Is What We Know About the Nike Air Max 95 211 ‘Photon Dust’

Another special Air Max 95 is on its way! Nike is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Air Max 95 in 2025 with another modern reinterpretation of the model, titled the ‘211’.

A closer Look at the Air Max 95 ‘211’…

Happy Birthday, Air Max 95! To celebrate this milestone, we have already seen several special Air Max 95 colourways and designs in 2025. Think, for example, of the Air Max 95 Zip or the BLA.

Now, we are receiving another design that differs slightly from the classic Air Max 95: with the design of the Air Max 95 ‘211’, the classic, dynamic wavy overlays have been replaced with vertical textile strips.

Furthermore, another overlay runs from toe to heel that maintains its characteristic wavy curve, thereby keeping the Air Max 95 instantly recognisable. This perforated overlay also features reflective dots. The traditional Swoosh, which is normally mostly placed on the heel, has been moved to the forefoot of this design.

Last but not least, a dark mudguard and dark laces round off the design, and the midsole also has a dark look, providing a nice contrast with the bright blue Air Max units as well as the rest of the upper.

Nike 211?

Nike 211 details appear on the heel and sole. What is that about, you ask? Good question! As far as we know, the ‘211’ will be one of a few Air Max 95 colourways as part of a Family Reunion pack. This pack is expected to include region-exclusive releases for North America, Asia, Europe, and an as-yet-unknown fourth location. What exactly the number means is yet to be revealed by Nike! We expect the Nike Air Max 95 211 ‘Photon Dust’ to drop sometime in February 2026. As mentioned above, there might be other colourways accompanying this release. Just keep an eye on @thedropdate to stay up to date.
