J Balvin isn't slowing down his run with Jordan Brand. The reggaeton star is gearing up for his fourth signature sneaker, and this time the Air Jordan 4 goes full 'Lemonade'.

Under the style code IW2872-700, the pair is currently pencilled in for a 25 September 2026 release, and it's already shaping up to be one of the boldest colourways in Balvin's growing run with Jordan Brand.

A Closer Look at the Air Jordan 4 'Lemonade'...

The upper is built from croc-textured leather, layered up in a mix of yellow tones that run from a pale, washed-out yellow all the way to a deeper golden shade. It's a loud, textured take on the AJ4 silhouette, and it fits right into Balvin's whole aesthetic.

Underneath the collar, you'll find a glossy finish, while the heel carries not one but two logos: a debossed Nike Air mark on one side, and Balvin's upside-down smiley on the other, both done in metallic silver.

The dubraes get a bilingual treatment too, reading "Just Do It" on one side and "Solo Hazlo" on the other, a nod to Balvin's Colombian roots.

As for the exact colour breakdown, that's still up for debate. Some sources are calling it a strictly "all-yellow" pair, while others are pointing to a wider mix that also brings in green, pink, blue and brown. Jordan Brand itself is still listing the model simply as "Lemonade/Lemonade" for now, so we'll have to wait on official images to get the full picture.

The Story Behind the Colorway

This marks Balvin's fourth solo project with Jordan Brand, following his Colores-inspired Air Jordan 1, an Air Jordan 2, and two colorways on the Air Jordan 3 'Rio'.

For this one, he's reportedly pulling inspiration from Medellín sunsets and the vivid colours of Colombia's Caño Cristales river.

He first showed off the colourway during his performance at the opening ceremony of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, though eagle-eyed fans already caught him in an unexplained Air Jordan 4 late last year, a moment that looks a lot like an early glimpse of this very project in hindsight.

We're loving this one. Balvin keeps showing off his love for colour and creativity, and the mix of materials here, that croc leather especially, is an absolute highlight.

When Does the Air Jordan 4 'Lemonade' Drop?

The Air Jordan 4 'Lemonade' is expected to land on 25 September 2026, though Jordan Brand hasn't made it official just yet.

Sales are expected to run through SNKRS and select Jordan Brand retailers. Keep an eye on our release calendar for updates the moment this one goes live.
