The adidas Forum 84 saw a significant return during the COVID-19 epidemic. As sneakers with a retro vibe gained popularity among younger generations, adidas brought back the style. The model has since been involved in several various collaborations, including ones with Home Alone, M&Ms, and BSTN.

The focus of the partnership with BSTN is on European basketball teams. This higher one is a tribute to the Croatian company Jugoplastika Split. The colour pattern of the basketball team, which comprises of black, yellow, and white, is displayed on the top. In black letters, the word 'Jugoplastika' is written on the side of the shoe. Gum rubber, in a brown colour, makes up the outsole.
