Introducing Afew Goods
Afew Goods, the independent label created by AFEW, merges streetwear aesthetics with a strong commitment to sustainability and transparency. The brand prioritises environmentally conscious practices, using only biologically produced fibres, eco-friendly manufacturing methods, and ethical labor standards to address the fashion industry’s environmental impact.
All Afew Goods products are crafted in Portugal under fair working conditions and made exclusively from GOTS-certified organic cotton. This cotton is not only soft and durable, but also grown without synthetic chemicals, making it a healthier choice for both people and the planet.
AFEW, the sneaker boutique behind the brand, was founded in Düsseldorf, Germany, in 2008 by brothers Andreas and Marco Biergen. Known for offering sought-after releases from major brands like Nike, adidas, Diadora, and New Balance, they eventually launched Afew Goods as their own creative venture.
Their first original sneaker, the Yamasura Runner, draws on nostalgic influences close to the design team's heart. The midsole echoes the iconic twin radiators of the Ferrari Testarossa, evoking a retro 80s/90s vibe. It’s made from BLOOM algae-based EVA foam, and the upper features vegan suede, nubuck, and mesh (sourced sustainably from across Europe) combined with a recycled PU sole for a fully eco-conscious construction.
