After a classic B&W iteration shook up the scene in March, and a Wolf/Grey vibe emerged a few weeks ago, the iron is hot for the Nike Air Max Plus Tiempo. Despite the absence of these kicks actually making it onto the shelves (at this point in time), enthusiasts of the silhouette are eager to see what else the Swoosh has in-store for the model. And by the looks of things, the Oregon-based powerhouse is just warming up. Recently making a statement in a new ‘Team Red’ fashioning – we’re gonna need these, stat.

A Closer Look at the Nike Air Max Plus Tiempo ‘Team Red’…

Leaning away from the conventional Air Max Plus, the Tiempo swaps out traditional TPU caging for stitched outline across the upper. Reminding us of those Tiempo roots, a full-leather construction invites a retro, football-coded persona, affirmed by the distinctive folded tongue. A clean white hue floods the oversized Swoosh, breaking up the deep monochrome theme for a pleasant contrast. And how better to round off the silhouette with a classic Air unit? It’s looking like the future is very bright for this stylish offering.
