Last year saw a spectrum of striking Air Max 1 iterations, and it looks like Nike isn’t planning on slowing down for 2024. The latest colourway to grace the Tinker Hatfield model is one that’s no stranger to the sneaker realm. The one, the only, Beef and Broccoli. The name in relation to the palette is pretty self explanatory, boasting two deliciously earthy hues. Previously gracing the likes of the AF1 Utility, New Balance 9060 and even Timberland 6” Boot; now it’s the Air Max 1’s turn to rep the tasty concoction. Let’s check out the details!

A Closer Look at the Nike Air Max 1 Beef & Broccoli (FZ3590-259)…

Despite the straightforward name of the colourway, the hues that make up this palette are far from simple. Expressing tones of Cacao Wow, Baroque Brown and Vintage Green, this stunning iteration feels subdued yet refined. Chocolatey distressed suede overlays adorn the green mesh base, providing a textural edge that we just can’t get enough of. Supple suede hits take their position across the upper, bringing a slightly deeper hue that helps to beef out the depth (pardon the pun).

Underfoot, a black midsole and outer provides the perfect grounding element, also reflected within the shoe’s detailing. An iconic shoe, taking on the iconic ‘Beef & Broccoli’ colourway. Is anyone else feeling peckish?
