After nearly a decade on ice, the Air Jordan 1 Low OG ‘Chicago’ is lacing back up for a 2025 return. Rumoured earlier this year, an early preview of this pair has surfaced, and it’s everything we hoped for.
Even if you’re new to the sneaker world, the ‘Chicago’ colourway needs no introduction. Red, black, and white: a palette that is as timeless as the GOAT Michael Jordan himself. This time, the low-top version of MJ’s first signature shoe is getting the OG treatment with bold Swooshes, classic colour blocking, and (possibly) some aged details for that vintage look.
While the mock-up teased us with a ‘Black/Muslin/Varsity Red’ mix, the real deal sticks closer to its roots: Varsity Red, Black, and Summit White.
The Air Jordan 1 Low OG ‘Chicago’ is expected to drop in October 2025, via Nike and select retailers, for the price of £145. Keep your eye on the Drop Date release calendar for the latest updates.
