PUMA Mostro Gets a Suede Makeover in JJJJound’s Signature Style

JJJJound is keeping its foot on the gas in 2025. Following a busy year of collaborations, the Montreal studio now turns its focus to one of PUMA’s boldest silhouettes, the Mostro. Giving it a refined makeover in true JJJJound fashion.

A Closer Look…

Landing in ‘Dark Chocolate’ and ‘Deep Navy’ colourways, the classics design undergoes some significant changes. The upper is held fully in suede, marking the first time the Mostro’s standard build ditches synthetic textures for a softer, more premium touch.

A textured dot matrix replaces the usual PUMA Formstrip, while off-white leather details hit the tongue and sockliner for an elevated finish. JJJJound’s branding sits subtly at the heel, and the staple bold rubber spiked outsole rounds out the look.

The Drop

The JJJJound x PUMA Mostro drops across European retailers on June 14, 2025. A wider release has yet to be confirmed, but it’s expected to follow once the JJJJound x ASICS GEL-Kayano 14 cools off.
