The upcoming Homecoming x Nike Air Max Plus collab can be described as a cultural crossover that brings the heat of Lagos straight to the streets. If you’re a fan of the TN (and let’s be honest, who isn’t?), you’ll want to pay attention to this one: the HOMECOMING x Nike Air Max Plus.

The Air Max Plus has always been a bit of a rebel, right? Now, it’s getting a creative African soul thanks to Homecoming, the Lagos-based festival founded by Grace Ladoja. Since 2017, Homecoming has been the ultimate stage for African creativity, music, and fashion. For 2026, they’re taking that energy and bottling it into two must-have TN colourways.
The ‘Safety Orange’ Edition: This one makes it clear: if you want to be seen, this is the pair. It’s loud, it’s vibrant, and it aims to capture the electric energy of a Lagos night.

The ‘Black’ Edition: This one is for those who like it sleek but with a story. It features a dark base with sharp hits of red and green, which are a subtle nod to the Pan-African flag.

What else is there to talk about? The attention to detail as well as the changes to the TN design: Homecoming and Nike have actually tweaked the silhouette to give it a more modern, rugged vibe. We’re looking at a new, more textured mesh on the upper and a TPU cage that feels a bit more “pushed out,” giving the shoe a strong 3D look.
They’ve also added a chunky rubber detail on the toe cap for that extra bit of grit. It’s still the TN we know and love, but it’s definitely got a “Version 2.0” feel to it. When it comes to the details, the striking colourway lacing system is a real eye-catcher. We also get a Homecoming x Nike hangtag and a branded tongue label. But that’s still not all. Take a look at the images for more details, there is a lot to discover.

The Homecoming x Nike Air Max Plus is expected to debut during the festival in Lagos, running from 2nd to 6th April 2026. While we’re still waiting on official word for a wider UK release, you can expect these to retail for around £180 / €200. Our advice? Keep looking at our release calendar to get all updates and information, because these won’t sit on shelves for long.
