The Nike Mac Attack OG Set to Make a Big Return in 2023

Original post from 05/09/22: The NIKE MAC ATTACK OG is about to return for the first time ever! The throwback tennis shoe was released in 1984 as hotheaded John McEnroe’s signature shoe. The Mac Attack has somehow never retro’d, but if rumours are to be believed, next summer could finally be its time. It was spotted on the feet of LeBron and Travis Scott last year, so this one’s already got some heavyweight backing. 

Update 07/03/23: Early images from Long1ze show the retro in all its glory, which we’re expecting to land sometime this summer. A mix of black and grey mesh is pitted against light grey leather panels with a checkerboard tab housing Nike Swoosh branding. Stay tuned for more.
