Originally drawing inspiration from Yoshitaka Takahashi’s Wave Prophecy 8 runner – the silhouette receives a handful of updates for the SS24 season. Showcasing three highly versatile palettes that explore both light and dark personas, let’s take a look.

Taking visual notes from the Japanese sportswear label’s more outspoken products, the Wave Prophecy LS blends unparalleled functionality with futuristic design elements, embedded with AIRmesh breathability, Pebax Rnew and U4icX. In more recognisable sneaker terms, this means exceptional comfort and stability on the move. 

For this specific release, the model embraces a thick cage panelling which adorns the breathable mesh base. Expressing two opposite ends of the spectrum with ‘Black’ and ‘White’ iterations, the shoe boasts a sleek and stealthy essence that’s brought to life through intricacy. Looking to the ‘Wind Chime’ palette, neutral hues dance throughout the exterior,  accented with blue hits within the tongue and dubrae. A supple suede provides the capsule with a refreshing softness, proving just how versatile the model really is.
