The MERRELL 1TRL FUTURE TRAIL COLLECTION celebrates the unexpected journeys that people take and the innovative footwear that helps them get there. Shot on super 16mm film in the central Mexican state of Edomex, the campaign highlights the future of trail footwear with innovative, multi-purpose, and easily transportable silhouettes.

The campaign also marks the launch of a brand new 1TRL silhouette, the Hut Moc 2 Packable. This recycled slip-on travel shoe features a ‘clip together’ design that can be easily attached to backpacks, with a unique zip and clip design system. The sock-fit Hydro Moc AT Cage 1TRL is the water shoe you never knew you needed, whilst the Hydro Moc AT SS 1TRL is the vegan-friendly option for those looking to protect the path as well as walk it. Finally, the Hydro Moc AT SS MID 1TRL offers up a neoprene tabi toe bootie that is also durable enough to be worn outside of its caging. The Hydro Moc All-Terrain system is available to purchase as separate modular components, with the AT Cage forming the system’s base that can be worn with or without an insert.
