Jordan Brand Marks Its 40th Addition With the Air Jordan 40

Jordan Brand is marking its 40th milestone in performance basketball with the launch of the Air Jordan 40. This model lands in a mid-cut silhouette with an extra-refined design that nods to the legacy of Jordan’s groundbreaking design.

The silhouette shows off a full-length ZoomX foam cushioning, with additional performance tech likely integrated into the outsole, building on the innovations of the Air Jordan 39. Black and white/cream smooth leather, lays a clean, streamlined design accented by subtly exposed stitching.

Fueling the anticipation, Jordan Brand athlete Trae Young recently shared off-season workout photos on Instagram, strategically blurring out his feet. Sneakerheads were quick to speculate that he was sporting the unreleased Air Jordan 40.
