And the standout? The Air Jordan logo, situated where the wings logo typically sits. According to the streets, these kicks will be hitting stores around 18TH OCTOBER 2024.

ORIGINAL ARTICLE 08/05/2024: Landing as latest edition to Jumpman’s popular series, it’s the Air Jordan 1 High OG ‘Black Toe Reimagined’.

Since the launch of Jordan Brand’s ‘Reimagined’ sector in 2018, the series has accumulated significant support from Jumpman connoisseurs globally. Bringing us hits like the Jordan 4 Retro ‘Bred’ and Jordan 3 Retro ‘White Cement’, we can’t help but get excited for what else is to come, especially when it looks this good.

Paying homage to the special kicks worn by Michael Jordan during his 1984-85 era, the AJ1 High ‘Black Toe’ model was made relevant by the elite player himself (of course). Kindly autographing and gifting the shoe to one of his associates, the shoe quickly garnered attention from both baller and sneaker enthusiasts, and rightly so! Without further ado, let’s take a closer look at what we can expect…

A Closer Look at the Air Jordan 1 High OG ‘Black Toe Reimagined’ (DZ5485-106)…

At the time of writing, we’re yet to know for certain what the shoe’s design entails. However, thanks to our friends over at Complex, it’s looking like Jumpman is cooking up some pure heat. Supposedly swapping out the classic Jordan Wings emblem on the collar for a debossed Air Jordan touch, the iteration pays close attention to the predecessor, with reference to the OG ‘85 promo pictures. 

As for the rest of the exterior, we’re predicting an entirely leather persona, with the same colour-blocking steez.
