The PUMA Future Rider
Due to its status as the iconic Fast Rider's successor, the Puma Future Rider has a distinguished heritage. Armin A. Dassler, son of company founder Rudolf Dassler, designed the Fast Rider shoe in the 1980s as a jogging shoe with the renowned Puma 'Federbein' sole.
Puma Future Rider and Style Rider, both introduced in 2018, are the modern versions of the vintage Fast Rider line. In colorways with vibrant 80s-style blocking, the design gained popularity quickly in the street-style scene. Following their commercial success, the Mile Rider and Cruise Rider integrated into the Rider family with feminine components in 2020.
