The Marathon Runner

Inspired by the aesthetics of 90s running shoes, the Axel Arigato Marathon Runner is a lifestyle sneaker. Designed with a lightweight sole and breathable mesh upper, this shoe is meant for comfort. On the side of the sneaker, Arigato's signature branding is featured. The shoe is available in a wide range of colors.

It is interesting to note that the name Axel Arigato has several meanings. First of all, the name refers to a mythical figure who will live on long after we do. "Arigato" also means "thank you" in Japanese, indicating the Japanese influences in the designs. Axel Arigato literally translates to 'hard to exist', indicating the brand's value.

In keeping with vintage running sneakers, the shoe features a chunky sole, mesh panels for breathability, and a layered upper with a lace-up closure.
