Nike celebrate their Breaking2 project – an innovative experiment to break the two-hour marathon barrier – with the release of the NikeLab Zoom Fly SP for summer 2017. Inspired by the early prototype phase of the Breaking2 footwear, the Zoom Fly SP silhouette features a translucent, stretch-woven upper while blending a cluster of unique details throughout. The sneaker has been designed to be “fast enough for race day, yet durable enough for everyday training” and comes complete with a highly resilient Lunarlon foam and an embedded, full-length, carbon-infused nylon plate increases stiffness.
