Stash might be well-known for his graphic design and his many collaborations with numerous brands, but everything stems from his graffiti background. As one of the pioneering New York graffiti writers in the mid ’80s, his lettering skills and use of colour made people stop and take notice. His progress into graphic design came naturally and he formed a partnership with the legendary Futura (2000) which saw the duo sharing a studio and working on many projects together over the following twenty years.
