Back in 1993, Michael Jordan surprised the whole world by retiring from the basketball and the announcement that he would start a professional baseball career. The following two years, he played for the Birmingham Barons, a Minor League Baseball team from the Chicago White Sox.
Inspired by Jordans time as a baseball player, the Jordan brand is presenting the new Air Jordan 11 Low “Barons“. Just like the Birmingham Barons, the Air Jordan 11 features a black upper as well as a white midsole.
