The NEW BALANCE X LEVI’S 990V3 unites the two iconic brands on an equally significant model from the NB archives. Raising expectations when it first dropped back in 1982, the New Balance 990 was the first running shoe to hit the $100 price point – a considerable investment for anyone back in the early ’80s. Despite this dubious accolade, the 990 was the most technical running design on the market at that time: for athletes, this was money well spent.
