Having joined New Balance last summer as an ambassador, music star and actor Jaden Smith is now set to release his first signature shoe with his own fun spin. Drawing elements from the 1700 and X-Racer, the all-new Vision Racer dons an exaggerated midsole split into three rectangular blocks. Atop the sole unit, the shoe is dressed in a full ‘Wavy Baby Blue’ makeup crafted from recycled textiles and post-consumer plastics, whilst “((VISION))” appears on the translucent outsole reminiscent of the block font on Smith’s album covers.
