In 2018, Brain Dead looked through Converse’s iconic archive of prints to deliver the Brain Dead X Converse Chuck Taylor All Star 70 Hi. The collaborative silhouette saw an unorthodox mix of prints including camouflage, zebra, leopard, and the American flag come together on a single canvas. Clearly, fans couldn’t get enough of the style as the brands have linked up once again to offer a similar treatment, this time across the Converse One Star. Animal prints remain at the core of the follow-up collaboration, pitting leopard and zebra prints against contrasting black and white polka dots. The style choices don’t end at print however, as slogans fill the full length of the pair’s foxing tape. A visual feast, to say the least.
