Following on from their “Medic” spin on the GEL-Lyte V back in 2015, Australian retailer Highs and Lows cut through with a nautical approach to the GEL-Mai. Dubbed the “Submariner,” the model features multiple fabrications including neoprene, ripstop and suede overlays, taking shape in a seafaring mix of heather, slate blue and dark navy, offering a premium feel. Hidden touches include a raised morse code print detailing across the taping of the tongue which reads “HAL,” with a custom printed insole and dual coloured laces adding a personalised finish.
