Designed by Shingeyuki Mitsui, the Gel Lyte III was a groundbreaking release when it first hit the shelves back at the turn of the ‘90s and is easily distinguished by its split tongue detailing, which stops the age-old problem of the tongue slipping down the side of the shoe.
