The Moska (Moscow, obvs) has a white, full grain leather upper – white being the original colour of the Kremlin – combined with red stripes and overlays, red being the city’s signature colour and synonymous with the Soviet era. The St. Petersburg kicks, on the other hand, have a black nubuck upper and blue stripes – the blue representing the city’s rivers and canals, which are a major feature of the cityscape, as well as St. Petersburg’s football team (Zenit).
