Nike x Supreme Air Force 1 Low

[ THE DROP DATE ]

Another month, another Supreme and Nike collaboration?

Well, yes, but when have these guys ever half-stepped with any of their collaborative shoe projects? And (if you don’t count the samples from 2002 that were handed out to the first wave of skaters on the Nike SB team), then this is the first Air Force 1 that Supreme have worked on. And we like it a lot!

Cordura uppers (as often used by Visvim on their bags) are presented in three different colourways – olive green, black and a very nice camouflage – resulting in a lightweight and strong construction. White midsoles, gum soles and metal lacing eyelets keep everything looking clean and sharp. The additional application of Supreme labels on the side panels and Supreme branding on both the tongues and inner sole are the icing on the cake.

Regardless of the inevitable – and justifiable – hype that will accompany the release, it’s a future classic edition of one of the most-loved Nike shoes ever. These will release at Supreme stores at some point in November. With a predicted Japanese retail price of ¥14,700, we’d hazard a guess that these will be somewhere around the £130 mark in London.

And if you want to guarantee yourself a pair, you might want to dig out the sleeping bag again…
