SNEAKERPEDIA: A CHAT WITH DAVE WHITE PART ONE

2013-08-22T15:14:57

Paint brush in pot, easel collapsed in the corner, iPhone on silent; SNEAKERPEDIA have managed to drag the infamous DAVE WHITE from his studio for a few quick words.

Most of us know White through the excellent three way collaboration in the form of the Neon Pack with NIKE and SIZE? back in 2005, his iconic Jordan 1 and the unmistakable sneaker related artwork, but this video finally allows some of us to put a face to the name of “…you know them J’s with the paint splatter on the side?!”

Lest we forget he also creates many contemporary and modern pieces too, with some of them being showcased in the footage. In this two part interview, Sneakerpedia give you a deeper insight into Dave’s lifestyle, passion, work and inspirations. Alongside the video, they have also check out some of his other footwear creations in amongst his crate, right here…

This SNEAKERPEDIA: A CHAT WITH DAVE WHITE video really is a must see, one of our very own generations creatives behind the scenes doesn’t come about very often, and we’ll be bringing you part two as soon as we have it.
