The PATRICK MOHR X REEBOK VENTILATOR ZPM PACK includes a trio of colourways that all stick to a black and white theme.
It is not the first time the unisex-streetwear designer PATRICK MOHR has collaborated with REEBOK, but it is the first time he has worked on one of their retro runners. The first pair sports a predominantly black upper, contrasted only by a white quilted ankle collar and matching tongue tab. The shape on the heel panel has been changed to create a very different look to the back of the shoe and allows the white detailing to stand out even more. A clean white midsole and outsole combo keeps things clean and ties in nicely with the details on the upper. The second pair goes a little bit bolder by utilising a black and white tessellating triangle pattern across the entire upper. Again the ankle collar rounds things off in white quilted leather, but this time around the white continues on to the lining, logos and laces as well. Like the first pair the colourway is rounded off by a white midsole and outsole, which really lets the pattern pop. Rounding out the pack is a colourway that sees the front part of the shoe finished in white, whilst the back half adds some stark contrast in black. The split colourway continues on to the midsole for a very bold look, whilst a black outsole keeps these practical. All three pairs feature a triangular lace jewel as a nod to PATRICK MOHR’S logo. There really does seem to be a trend at the moment of collaborations toning things down a little… but when they look good is that really a bad thing?
