Delivering the OFFSPRING X CONVERSE ‘CRAFT PACK’, Converse is the latest brand to team up with Offspring to help it celebrate 20 years since the opening of its first shop, in Neal Street.

This latest collaborative effort between the brand and retailer builds upon the Clean Crafted Pack from [WHEN?] by paying tribute Neal Street’s history and the shoemaking craft that has taken place there. They’ve pulled this off by using everyone’s go-to timeless classic as their canvas, the Chuck Taylor All Star. In both hi- and low-top iterations, the Chuck’s have been outfitted with really topnotch looking vachetta leather uppers, as well as a leather midsole wrap, leather heel plate, plimline stitch detailing, raw leather laces and a dual branded sock liner. If you can’t decide whether you’d like the hi- or low-top version, they each have different coloured leather; the hi-top’s leather upper is brown with white accents and detailing, while the low-top has a white upper with brown accents and details. Vachetta leather, if you’re unfamiliar with the name, is more commonly associated with luggage and handbags, and Louis Vuitton in particular is responsible for its popularity, which underscores the commitment to craft that these trainers represent.
