The NIKE ZOOM MERCURIAL FLYKNIT is one of the new models that will be debuted at the PALAIS OF SPEED, which will be held at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris in early June.
This new silhouette combines the best of modern Nike technology with plenty of running shoe DNA to hook in the purists. The midsole and outsole are taken from the much-loved (and sorely missed) Zoom Spiridon: a model renowned for its lightweight qualities and incredible comfort, largely due to the Zoom Air pads in the sole. For the upper section, we can see influence from the Free Flyknit Mercurial, featuring a large Swoosh on the toe box, and the leather piece at the heel. The higher profile is very much in line with current tastes, so we think this is going to be a well-received shoe.
The NIKE ZOOM MERCURIAL FLYKNIT is due to drop at the PALAIS OF SPEED on SATURDAY 18 JUNE in extremely limited numbers. As always, keep your eyes on us for any news of a wider release.
