The NIKE LUNARSPEED MARIAH HYPER COBALT follows up on the good news that the Nike Mariah has recently returned to the shelves. The original model is something well worthy of discussion, but for the moment, this hybrid version adds plenty of good stuff to get excited about.
Transplanting a modern sole unit onto a classic running shoe automatically flicks the alarm switches, but when it’s done so well, it’s hard to beat. The Mariah is a nice simple shape, so the Lunarlon sole works perfectly and reduces the bulk on an already lightweight shoe. The overlays have been given a bit of a makeover too, enhancing the sleek silhouette even further.
