Less Is More: The Nike Air Max 1 Premium SC Jewel

The NIKE AIR MAX 1 PREMIUM SC JEWEL sees another welcome return from the brand’s iconic pearlescent Swoosh, which has been captured in all its glory by FOOTPATROL.

After welcoming back the Jewel across a low and high edition of the Air Force 1 in April, the pearlescent Swoosh is at it again, this time taking shape on Tinker Hatfield’s late ‘80s design, the Air Max 1.

Working with a basic foundation of premium off-white leather uppers, the scaled down Jewel effect Swoosh takes centre stage in a shiny Rare Ruby or Black Diamond finish, with the white visible Air midsole expertly finished with an iced out translucent outsole. A simple model that packs an eye-catching punch, the Jewel proves that less is definitely more.

Adding some extra anticipation around the forthcoming release, Footpatrol shot the model on-foot, and it’s safe to say, we are definitely back in the Jewel zone.
