The worker bee has been an integral part of Manchester’s identity for over 150 years, designed to represent the Northern city’s hive mentality across both hard graft and community. This forthcoming edition of the Air Force 1 takes this theme and whips it up into something special; utilising a honeycomb coloured upper with debossed hive details and a bee embroidery towards the heel. The 0161 dialling code appears on the tongue, with a bold black swoosh completing the look.
