The Nike Air Force 1 Low CO.JP Wheat Makes its Global Debut

The striking NIKE AIR FORCE 1 CO.JP WHEAT finally gets in line for a wider release, two decades after its Japan-exclusive debut back in 2001.

What can you say about Nike’s iconic Air Force 1 that would truly do the shoe any justice? Bruce Kilgore’s design established itself as a street staple due to its versatility, bold shape and its wide and far-reaching availability. Not much has changed from the basic 1982 design, which just goes to reinforce its status as a timeless piece of footwear. This forthcoming release comes in a tasty Wheat and Dark Mocha combination, perhaps a little reminiscent of a Timberland-style hiking boot. These first appeared in 2001 as a Japan-exclusive drop, but Nike have fortunately added them to this season’s roster: don’t sleep, as it could be another twenty years before the next purchase opportunity…
