Previously named the ‘Adapt LE 01’, the newest member of Nike’s self-lacing shoe family has rebranded slightly to the Auto Max, with a very special Infrared colourway kicking off proceedings. The tech inside is undeniably advanced, but the shell is almost deceptive in its styling. The one-piece neoprene construction has been accented by extruded and contoured elements which conceal the mechanics of the lacing system, along with a rigid toe guard and heel counter, Auto Max tongue branding and a rubber outsole finish the package off in style.
