The NIKE 2015 #BETRUE COLLECTION pays homage to the LGBT community, which is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the first Gay Pride event.
The 2015 collection features special editions of the FREE RUN 5.0, ROSHE ONE and HYPER REV, all with rainbow colouring. There are two colourways of the FREE RUN 5.0, with either an all-black or all-grey upper, both of which feature very colourful rainbow lining. The ROSHE ONE is arguably the most colourful, with a multicoloured graphic across the base of the upper, which sits underneath black overlays. The crisp white midsoles feature bold #BETRUE graphics wrapped around the heel. Lastly, the HYPER REV sports an all-black upper, with contrasts of white on the swoosh and midsole and a semi-translucent rainbow gradient outsole. The graphic we see on the Roshe One upper also features on the lining of the Hyper Rev, but this time in a more subtle black and white finish.
Alongside the footwear will be a range of apparel, which includes t-shirts that represent eight cities in the U.S. – New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Atlanta, Portland and Washington DC – as well as Elite socks and a five-panel cap.
There’s no official news regarding an EU drop date for the NIKE 2015 #BETRUE COLLECTION, but make sure to keep checking back with us for updates.
