This August marks 30 years of New Balance production in the Cumbrian town of Flimby, and to commemorate this New Balance are releasing a highly limited series of trainers, designed by three stalwarts of the UK plant.

This small coastal town has been a home for shoe-makers for over a century, so when New Balance were looking for a UK base in the summer of 1982, Flimby was the obvious choice.
