Colour Me Crazy: Footpatrol x New Balance M576FPF

Footpatrol x New Balance M576FPF

The FOOTPATROL X NEW BALANCE M576FPF marks the 10th anniversary year of the London sneaker retailer and Boston-based brand’s first ever collaboration with this colour-splashed spin on the hallowed 576 silhouette…

New Balance and Footpatrol first locked eyes on a collaboration back in the summer of the 2007, which saw the revered “Made In England” silhouette take on a life of its own, including a selection of the trademark “N” logo in a hook and loop finish, allowing the wearer to swop and change the colourways, and ultimately customise their own shoe. Constructed in premium black leather, the revisited joint effort now secures the logos in place but bears the initial sentiment in mind by applying a rainbow variety of coloured logos and outline to the medial and lateral sides of each shoe, with the same taking place across the laces. Complete with a contrasting grey and white midsole unit, the model is then finished with a colour splashed embroidered logo on the back heel and upper tongue.

Accompanied by illustrations by Pete Hellicar, who was also the dab hand on the first campaign back in 2007, the M576FPF is extremely limited with only 200 pairs produced. Each order comes with a dual-branded tote bag and sticker sheet, so you won’t be left feeling grey with this one…
