FOOTPATROL X LE COQ SPORTIF ECLAT MACARON EDITION

 

The FOOTPATROL x LE COQ SPORTIF ECLAT ‘MACARON’ EDITION is set to drop on Saturday 1.6.13 and is most definitely one of the premium London footwear retailers tastiest collaborations to date.

This luxury edition of the excellent silhouette draws inspiration from the Macaron, a famous confectionery delight from the shores of the brands home country of France, and just like the first ECLAT project, when the retailer and the brand paired up back in early 2012, this does not disappoint.

The upper is a make-up of premium pig skin suede, mixing solid overlaying panels with the perforated underlays, in a striking, yet simple teal colourway, all set off with a black suede heel wrap and gold branding throughout, giving the shoe it’s luxury tag.

The 3M flex running through the colour-matched barrel laces is a lovely touch, as are the FP branded lace tips, all finished off on top of a solid white midsole and everyones favour gum outsole. This really is a superb shoe, from a class crew and we congratulate both on a job well done.
