The ADIDAS TECH SUPER, along with the Torsion Allegra, was most definitely the brand with the three stripes’ frontline trainer of 2013 and it doesn’t show any signs of slowing down. adidas have just dropped six new makeups of the Tech Super silhouette – four of the original model and two neoprene-enhanced 2.0s – in some nice colours and even nicer materials.

We have three men’s makeups to digest: a couple of neon-accented suede numbers with colour-split midsoles, which seems to be all the rage at the moment, and an interesting ‘oil-slick’ colourway that gets its rainbow effect from shiny synthetic overlays on the upper.

On the women’s side of things we have a reflective, speckled creation that has a foil-print mesh as a base to make it just about as luminous as possible. Lastly we have two premium versions that look to use just about every type of animal skin there is (all synthetic of course). There’s croc, snake, what looks like some fish scales and a hit of the cactus leather that we’ve started seeing more of recently. They come in black or cream, both on white soles.

All six makeups of the TECH SUPER have just dropped directly with adidas and are available at the link-through below.
