ADIDAS ORIGINALS TUBULAR MONO – SIZE? EXCLUSIVE

For the next instalment of their SELECT COLLECTION, the team at SIZE? have gone with two colourways of the ADIDAS ORIGINALS TUBULAR RUNNER.

Stepping away from the materials that we have become accustomed to, the upper features a mesh base, with a very distinctive look, whilst the overlays on the toe are finished in suede or leather. Both pairs go for monotone colourways, with a choice of the ever-popular white or one of the colours of the moment, red. Although we’re used to seeing the midsoles with coloured detailing at the heel, this is only the second time we have seen the whole sole unit finished in a colour other than white – and it definitely gives the shoe a very different look. Leather and suede overlays on the toe (rather than the more common no-sew material), combined with the unusual mesh and monotone colour scheme really works on this silhouette and gives them a fresh look that we definitely approve of.
