THE NIKELAB ACG HOLIDAY 2017 COLLECTION IS AVAILABLE NOW

The new NIKELAB ACG HOLIDAY 2017 COLLECTION is a techwear dream, and it’s available now.

Nike’s ahead-of-its-time ACG range has made some pretty big waves since its resurrection back in 2014. Designed by Acronym founder Errolson Hugh, the range combines cutting-edge manufacturing with progressive ‘user-lead’ design developed for a modern, ever-changing environment. The results were functional, futuristic and universally well received.

The AW17 range heralds the introduction of Johanna Schneider to the design team. The long-term Errolson collaborator has a wealth of design experience spanning well over two decades. For this collection Johanna has shed some light on the process behind the design:

“My ultimate expectation for ACG garments is to provide the highest and best support in everyday situations that I faced in Berlin and that I know to be consistent with life in other cities. During winter, you’re exposed to harsh weather changes, but also you have to protect yourself,” she says. “You want a really high level of comfort when moving in what are very vivid, intense and demanding environments.”

With this in mind, the collection features outerwear gems like the NIKELAB ACG 3-in-1 PARKA, a high performance GORE-TEX outer shell with a removable waded liner which sets the benchmark for the rest of the collection. There are technical variations on the ACG pant, pullover jackets, mid-layers, accessories and several other pieces that guarantee to keep you warm and dry whatever the world throws at you.
