The STONE ISLAND FROST FINISH RANGE is another masterclass in sartorial technology.
The Italian apparel maestros continue to lead the field when it comes to advanced fabric applications, and the latest experiment from their apparel laboratory is one the of the best yet. The Autumn/Winter 2017 Collection employs a Frost treatment which leaves a white coating on the exterior of each garment and highlights the item’s construction and panelling. The intricate treatment gives a unique and unrepeatable finish to each piece, resulting in a range of frozen-looking garments united by a tight colour palette of faded black, burgundy and green. There’s a strong selection of items on offer from hats down to pants; and while the instant highlight here is the TELA NYLON DOWN PARKA, the mid-layer sweatshirts, zip-up tops and knits are just as impressive.
