Since adding apparel to their high-performance camping gear in 2014 – Snow Peak, which gets its name from the famous Japanese mountain Tanigawa – has continued to offer minimalistic pieces which perform against the harsh elements. AW20 blends muted tones with functional fabrics, showcased across the durable flame-retardant Takibi denim set featuring contrast stitching and multifunctional button closure on the jacket. The entirety of the collection is a testament to form-following-function with thick stretch-knit pullovers and pants, locally-resourced graphic t-shirts and a water repellent outdoor Kimono Pe Serge, continuing to turn traditional Japanese garments into functional outerwear pieces.
