The PENFIELD FW17 COLLECTION is a strong return to form for the iconic outdoor brand, and it’s available now.

Rooted in Penfield’s forty years of heritage but looking firmly to the future, the new Fall/Winter 2017 collection rejuvenates the classic outdoors aesthetic for a modern audience. There’s a familiar, nostalgic feel that recalls the brand’s 1970s hiking pedigree, but the whole range has been overhauled with a contemporary colour palette and upgraded with technical details to match the modern styling.

Bright oranges, blues and pinks combine with innovative fabrics across a wide range of outerwear, shell jackets, mid-layers, jersey pieces, pants and accessories. A selection of down jackets brings lightweight warmth for the winter, with old favourites like the Hoosac parka sitting alongside sportier new styles like the Equinox puffer in tonal camo. There’s a strong array of shell jackets to cope with the transitional autumn weather, complemented by a new fleece programme for versatile layering (hold tight the patchwork Mattawa fleece).
