The wayward boys deliver a PALACE SUMMER 2017 COLLECTION filled with nostalgic references…
Fresh off the back of announcing the imminent opening of a New York City flagship store, the London-based skate-turned-fashion imprint have unveiled their Summer 2017 Collection with a lookbook fronted by none other than Lucien Clarke and Blondey McCoy. Skilfully exploring a variety of evocative reference points, the collection generally maintains the use of clean lines and vibrant accent colours, resulting in a perceptibly modernist aesthetic. It’s part of an energetic style we’ve come to expect from the brand, deftly reinterpreting nostalgic sport-inspired silhouettes and highlights from British and American subcultures, all with a touch of humour thrown in for good measure. There’s also a good dose of graphic tees, a couple of which look brilliantly like museum merch, but aside from the clutch school trip pick-ups, the collection also takes in all-over tropical fruit prints, ’90s-style denim pieces and gold sovereign rings to complete a collection that has something for everyone.
The PALACE SUMMER 2017 COLLECTION will be available this FRIDAY 5 MAY at 11:00AM GMT online and in store with PALACE and select retailers including HANON via the banner below…
