London skate brand Palace has gone from strength to strength, building a global legion of fans off the back of a unique aesthetic and a knack for drunken product descriptions. The PALACE AUTUMN 2016 COLLECTION caused the usual Soho roadblock at the weekend – and now the range is about to drop online for those who missed out.
The first AW16 drop features a wide range of products from technical jackets all the way down to accessories, cementing Palace’s emergence as a fully-fledged brand that has easily transcended its initial t-shirt hype. Highlights include two-tone shell jackets, matching tracksuit sets, neon windsurf graphics and a velour top that wouldn’t look out of place in The Sopranos. There aren’t many brands that could pull off a subdued all-black Ventile mac and a glow-in-the-dark MDMA t-shirt in the same collection, but somehow with Palace it all makes sense.
The PALACE AUTUMN 2016 COLLECTION is set to drop online this THURSDAY 8 SEPTEMBER at 00:01 GMT. Check the lookbook (featuring Palace poster boy Blondie McCoy) below along with a selection of product shots, and click the banner to nab any of the last remaining previous season stock at END.
