Black Friday goes Black Metal with the Chimp Black Bananas Tour

The Chimp Store takes a refreshingly different approach to Black Friday with the CHIMP BLACK BANANAS TOUR capsule collection.

The new drop puts a Black Metal spin on Black Friday, taking inspiration from classic metal band designs for a dark range of tees, hoodies, long-sleeve tops and dad caps. Each garment sports an angular, reflected take on the Chimp logo, printed on the apparel and embroidered on the cap. With a tongue-in-cheek nod to the familiar tour date graphics found on old band t-shirts, the three apparel pieces also feature backprints that shout out a list of Yorkshire towns located around The Chimp Store’s homebase of Leeds. Fittingly, the colour palette is kept to stark black and white, and the range is showcased perfectly in an equally moody lookbook shot on location in darkest Yorkshire by photographer Ben Benoliel.
