Logo love: take a closer look at the new ADIDAS ORIGINALS TNT TREFOIL PACK

The ADIDAS ORIGINALS TNT TREFOIL PACK is logo overload at its finest, and it definitely deserves a closer look.

In recent times we’ve seen a lot of twists on the Trefoil logo, from Alexander Wang’s upside-down version to Palace’s bucket hat mash-up. Now adidas have taken the logo love even further with this new range of athletic bangers, and in our opinion the 46-year-old logo has never looked fresher. The TNT Trefoil Pack is a certified winner, taking inspiration from archive sportswear and bringing it bang up to date with a repeating logo tape that ties in perfectly with the current ’90s tracksuit revival. It’s the boldest branding we’ve seen in a while, and we love it.

The highlights of the pack are the Windbreaker and matching Wind Pant which come in that crinkly-but-comfy tracksuit fabric we all remember so fondly, with the all-important logo tape running down the sleeve and leg. The famous adidas tracksuit heritage is fully in effect here, but the cuts are more modern and the jacket and pants work perfectly as standalone pieces as well as a full set. The low-key colour options – Trace Blue or Green Night – put the focus firmly on the the branding and allow the pieces to mix in well with any wardrobe. A matching crewneck sweatshirt and t-shirt round off the capsule range, using a doubleknit fabric with a subtle sheen to tie in with the tracksuit inspiration. And in case the logo tape isn’t enough blatant branding for you, there are embroidered logo hits galore to finish it all off.
