The ADIDAS ORIGINALS BY WHITE MOUNTAINEERING FW17 COLLECTION combines military influence with technical sportswear, and it’s looking damn good.

The ongoing German/Japanese partnership always comes correct, and the new range is a particular treat with its tactical colours and utilitarian detailing. The capsule collection consists of jackets, track tops, long-sleeve tees, cargo pants, t-shirts, hats and track pants, all coming in a military colour palette of black, white and olive accented with subtle nods to the famous 3-Stripes. The collab partnership’s intricate panelling and triangular dual branding are in full effect, with visual variation provided by different shades of olive, high contrast black-and-white colour blocking and a mixture of functional and sporty fabrics. Complementing the apparel collection, a range of footwear applies the same aesthetic to the NMD Trail, NMD_R2 and Stan Smith BOOST.

Highlights include the black-and-white TRACK JACKET (a take on the famous Firebird track top), the hooded PULLOVER JACKET with its multiple utility pockets, and the ripstop SIX-POCKET PANTS.
